An Outstanding Experience
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their NovaLux Hairdressing experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

We will sometimes ask for a deposit to secure your booking. This will be taken off of your final bill in the salon.
When using the online booking system it will ask you to input your card details, this is a 'no show' policy, your card will only get charged if you fail to keep your appointment.

As a small salon we hope you understand that we cannot afford no-shows or last minute cancellations. As such cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking value, and within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100%.
